First, trace circles of various sizes onto your card stock or whatever type of paper you choose to use.
Fold the paper in half and cut out the circle shape through the two layers leaving a bit of the fold.
You can also use a die cutting machine, just make sure the fold is inside the template, so it won’t be cut.
You should get something like this:
Arrange the pieces you have cut out and glue them in place like this.
Write or draw whatever you want on the card. You can write/draw before gluing the pieces together, I just do it that way because I find it easier.
